15 minutes — $25: Book for a quick cold plunge ONLY or book with a massage and get an extra 5 minutes for a 20 minute sauna.
30 minutes—$40: Use this time for a longer sauna session OR one complete round of heat and cold, ideal for a quick but effective recovery session.
45 minutes—$60: Use for a longer sweat session OR an extended heat and cold round for a more profound effect for those needing extra time to unwind or cool down. If it's easy for you to sweat, then two rounds of contrast may be possible.
60 minutes—$80: Use this longer session for a one hour sweat for serious detoxing OR for several heat/cold contrast rounds for maximum recovery and the deepest level of relief from chronic pain and soreness. If it takes you longer to sweat, this session is for you.
Each round may include 20-25 minutes in the infrared sauna, followed by a cold plunge. The alternating heat and cold stimulate circulation and reduce inflammation, and the session always ends with a cold plunge to lock in the therapeutic benefits.
